Semplicemente Vino Rosso NV

Meaning "simply red" in Italian, Cascina Degli Ulivi Semplicemente Rosso is the epitome of a brightly alive and juicily delicious red natural wine. It is pure rustic joy squeezed and bottled, inspired by the genuine and tasty wines that Piedmontese farmers drank at all hours of the day working in the fields. It comes from younger (at least by Bellotti's standards) biodynamic vines of about 25 years of age and is a blend of red local varieties such as Dolcetto and Barbera. It is fermented with its wild native yeasts and macerates for about 30 days before being aged on the fine lees for at least three months and bottled with no fining, filtration, or added SO2.
