Wheat chain contains texture and depth that looks awesome. It is a variation of rope chain made with alternating figure-eight links that are interconnected to look square braided. The chain is Sterling Silver (925) but has been plated with Fine Silver (99.9% pure) to help protect it from tarnishing. Sterling contains 92.5% silver and the other 7.5% are other metals (typically copper) which cause the tarnishing to occur more quickly than fine silver.
