Larimar is only found in the Dominican Republic and was created in the vent shaft of a volcano. There is a limited supply and Larimar is becoming harder to source. Once the mine is depleted, this mineral will surely rise in value. This oval Larimar cabochon has a beautiful sky blue color with interesting patterns. This stone has some slightly green tinted decolorization at the sides. It is set in a smooth bezel setting with an open back. The pendant is stamped 925 for Sterling Silver.
