Trash the messy aluminum foil that never stays on and just set this shield over the rim of your pie dish instead. You'll have a thoroughly cooked middle and a perfectly baked crust. As God is my witness, I'll never burn a pie crust again! + 10" diameter. Easy to remove and easy to clean, but hand washing is recommended.
