The Margarita Turbo Snail, also known as the little margarite, or puppet margarite, is a species of sea snail popular in the saltwater aquarium hobby due to it's appetite for nuisance algaes.   Margarita Snails are great clean up crew for diatoms, green spot algae, detritus, and other waste.  Invertebrates can be more sensitive to parameter changes than fish or coral.  High nitrate levels or sudden changes in pH or Salinity can be very harmful to inverts and may cause death.  It is recommended to do a slow acclimation process when adding new inverts to your aquarium.
