Art Deco Celluloid Hand Mirror for Your Favorite Doll

Dating to the 1930s or so, here's a small hand mirror that I am sure belonged to a doll set. Made of pale blue celluloid (with slight discoloration from old age), the mirror is glass and on the back of the piece is a Victorian die cut of blue Forget-Me-Nots and the handle is tied with a piece of rayon ribbon. I doubt if both pieces were original to the mirror but the combo sure does look cute!  Pictured with my 9" bear (nope, he's not included with the mirror), the mirror measures 3-1/8" x 1-7/16".  Condition is very nice with a very light spot to the mirror side, lower left. Overall, the hand mirror just looks old.
