Briskets are best cooked slow and low.  Great for the smoker! Dry aged 19 days for great tenderness and packed in butcher paper for quality. At one per side of cow, the weights on Brisket vary, each individual brisket is listed by weight.  There is only one available per weight. Whole $12/lb Point $9/lb Flat $14.50/lb
