Brisket Point

TriTail's offers two different briskets for our customers: brisket points and flats. Brisket flats are less fatty and may not require any trimming. The point has a bit more fat content and might need some trimming, but it comes at a more affordable price. If you prefer your brisket a bit on the fatty side, the point is for you. Regardless of your choice, you will not be disappointed. TriTail's sources its beef from high-grade Black Angus cattle, and our customers consistently praise us for having the best beef around.
