Hand Carved Tincha made in Nepal by skilled artisans. These Tinnchas are used in meditataion practices, the begi ing and end of reciatation of mantras and as a tool in many energy work practices. They have a very unique sound that is not the same for each set of Tinchas. Each set has its own unique vibrational pattern. Some people will have many sets for varying uses and modalities. They are used by Tibetan Buddhists on a daily basis to signal the begining and end of a meditational session. They bring the practititioner to a place of focus and back to our realm when returning from a deep meditational state.
