
A pair of Ottoman turquoise and garnet inlaid gold drops, Ottoman Empire, ca. 15th - 17th century
These stunning drop earrings feature exquisite antique Ottoman gold appliqués designed in the shape of a captivating open-centered flower. Each applique showcases five round, translucent garnet cabochon stones arranged as petals, interspersed with tiny turquoise teardrops. The design is set in a delicate 22K gold framework with intricate filigree on the back. Both are modern set as 14K gold lever-back earrings. Gorgeous earrings with matching pendant that is shown in the third photo and sold separately.
