The Usphere Tracer FD-Green agents are plain microbubbles which have been modified to have the DiO fluorescent dye inside (excitation at 484nm, emission at 501nm). These agents are 1.1-1.4µm in size, with a concentration of >2.5x1010 microbubbles/ml; each vial contains 0.8ml. These agents are shipped at room temperature but may be stored at 2-8oC for up to 6 months. Once activated, using the UltraMix Agitator (a one-time purchase) the microbubbles can be used for up to 3 days with >90% performance when properly stored.
