USphere Prime (C3F8)

The Usphere Prime (C3F8) agents are plain microbubbles, containing perfluoropropane (C3F8) with a phospholipid shell. These agents are 1.1-1.4µm in size, with a concentration of >2.5x1010 microbubbles/ml; each vial contains 0.8ml. These agents are shipped at room temperature, but may be stored at 2-8oC for up to 6 months. Once activated, using the UltraMix Agitator (a one time purchase) the microbubbles can be used for up to 3 days with >90% performance, when properly stored.
