White Dwarf Garden Phlox is a native dwarf perennial forming a compact bushy mound with stiff stems covered and deep green lance-shaped foliage.  Large fragrant white flower cluster bloom from mid summer into fall.  Best flowering in full sun and rich, moist, well-drained soils.  White is powdery mildew resistant.
