My wood/epoxy handle ice cream scoops are hand turned. They have a stainless steel scoop that can unscrew from the handle for easy clean up. Most handles are around 6 inches long and 3/4" to 1 1/2" in diameter. This handle is mesquite with pacific blue epoxy.
