This ice cream scoop is made of elm. The scoop is made of stainless steel. It is hand turned. the scoops handle is approximately 6" long and around 1 1/4" in diameter at the end of the handle. Each scoop is individually turned, I do not use a duplicator on my lathe. I use two different polishes to get a high gloss protective finish.
