2020 North Fork Red Blend

Wine Summary Our Bordeaux style red blend is highlighted by whole cluster merlot which makes up just over 50% of this wine. These whole clusters provide a carbonic addition that isn't found in most blends. At bottling this wine showcased notes of black cherry, eucalyptus, and cream. While this wine is ready to be consumed today it also was crafted with an eye toward the future. Over the next ten to fifteen years we expect this wine's fruit forward nature to gracefully meld with mellow tannins creating enhanced length and body.
