Winemaking Facts Fermentation + Bottling: Shepherd's Run Tasting notes: Strawberry, Chantilly, Orange Blossom ABV: 12.6% Brix at harvest: 21.5 TA: 6.2 g/L pH: 3.32 Winemaker's notes: 100% Merlot. Directly pressed following a brief amount of contact time with the skins to gently extract a hint of color. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Aged five months on fine lees.
