Generally, it will work on the 128 Hz, 136.1 Mid OM and 64 hz. tuning forks.  Labradorite Properties: Labradorite is a powerful healing stone. It calms an overactive mind and energizes the imagination, bringing about new ideas.  How to Attach: 1. Place the Gem Foot to the base of the stem of the tuning fork. 2. Use the enclosed allen wrench to secure the Gem Foot to the tuning fork by tightening the tiny screw. Please do not over tighten or it is possible you will strip the tiny screw. 3. You do not have to use the back plastic s
