Vital Signs: Riesling: Kinheimer Rosenberg lies in the heart of the Middle Mosel, adjacent to the more famous Ürziger Würzgarten and Erdener Treppchen. Its wines lean more citrusy and cool-toned than those from those more storied sites, but that makes for a wonderfully satisfying Spätlese.Uncle Bill's Take: This unapologetically sweet wines but wildly more refreshing than most dry wines I can think of. This Riesling shine like the midsummer sun off the Mosel River, pure slate and salt.
