Raspberry Linzer Cookie

Summer on the East Coast is all about fresh produce. And if you are a fruit person, you are thrilled about all the berry possibilities: strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry. To celebrate the end of summer, we are bringing back the limited edition raspberry linzer. A traditional and a classic linzer flavor that sparks childhood joy.  The irony of offering a traditionally flavored Linzer as a limited edition is not lost on us. Though, we think peak season raspberry sweetness makes a far more delicious Linzer, especially when the jam is sandwiched between two discs of almond shortbread and served with a large glass of iced oolong.
