Patron bodhisattva of Tibet, Avalokiteshvara or Chenrezig is depicted with a thousand arms representing his ability to assist a myriad of sentient beings, and a thousand eyes indicating his ability to see all of the world's suffering. Amitabha is depicted at the top along with Green Tara and White Tara. At the bottom are Manjushri, and Vajrapani which form a triad with Avalokitshvara symbolizing wisdom, power, and compassion are all essential for enlightenment.
