The Third Party Payor (Payer) clause is for the circumstance where a third party (not the main client or couple) is paying for the services. This clause ensures that the client is still the client (in terms of any necessary terms, like decision-making, responsibilities, model release, etc.) and that the third-party payor is simply a financial contributor. The third party may also agree to the rest of the contract, in addition to the main client, however, this clause ensures they are not the main beneficiary of the agreement. This is an ADDED clause and is already included in many of our main service agreements (like the Wedding Photographer Contract, for example).
