Tender beef tenderloin, slow-roasted and served with house-made horseradish cream and soft silver dollar rolls. Elegant and versatile, this dish is perfect as a centerpiece entrée or prepared as mini sandwiches. Includes 2 pounds of beef tenderloin, horseradish cream, and 12 silver dollar rolls. Pairs beautifully with our Mini Twice Baked Potatoes or Baby Blue Salad for a classic, elevated meal. Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat beef covered for 10–12 minutes until warmed through, or serve at room temperature. Serve with horseradish cream and rolls on the side.
