It’s a savory evening of cheese & wine in The Tasting Room @ The Local! We’re so excited to be working with Molly & Rachel from Von Trapp Farmstead to present you all with this four course cheese & wine educational tasting event. So grab a ticket, smile, and say, “cheese,” and also, “wine!” The evening will feature four wonderful cheeses from Von Trapp Farmstead.  Molly Semler, the co-owner & head cheesemaker at Von Trapp Farmstead & Rachel Wylie, also of Von Trapp Farmstead, are so excited to talk to you all about the farm, the cheese, and how it all comes together. The Local’s own Sarah Nagle will serve four wines perfectly paired with each course & chat about the qualities that she looks for when pairing wine with cheese.
