Von Trapp Farmstead Returns! We are absolutely delighted to have Molly and Rachel of Von Trapp Farmstead backwith us in The Tasting Room for this food and wine pairing event. Last summer, they leda fantastic event where guests tasted Von Trapp’s four signature cheeses and learnedthe intricacies of the cheese making process. We’ll be tasting those four cheeses againbut this time adding to the tasting menu – Mad River Valley’s favorite butcher, JoshTurka of 5 th Quarter, will be making a delicious small bite using Von Trapp-raised meat. Accompanying this menu, The Local’s own Sarah Nagle will be pairing each bite with anincredible wine and explain what makes for the perfect match.
