These Hawaiian salt crystals add the perfect savory touch to Manoa's rich dark chocolate. Manoa is a bean to bar chocolate company based in Kailua, Hawaii (only cacao producing state in the US). The company also grows coffee beans, lavender and ghost pepper for their all-local-ingredients infusions. Manoa dedicates a lot of effort in maintaining their operation as sustainable as possible.
