JOB-02 Industry Labyrinth Wallpaper by Studio Job

Overview The Labyrinth concept was first used in 2004 for a surrealistic garden design in Japan. Afterwards, Labyrinth was further developed as 'Labyrinth Sofa' for the Italian furniture manufacturer B&B. After a few detours Moooi began producing the design in 2013. 7 Designs from the library of Job Smeets and Nynke Tynagel of Studio Job were selected for the collection “Archives Wallpaper by Studio Job”. The collection reflects a retrospect of the history of Studio Job. They used archetypal drawings and these universal symbols are combined as iconographic elements for patterns, compositions and embossing, ultimately creating 6 designs.
