The Tib Solo is an affordable and effective alternative to the Iso Tib and other tibialis training equipment like the Tib Bar. ADJUSTABLE FOR ALL SHOE SIZES AND TYPES - The Tib Solo has adjustable sliding foot grips that will secure your foot while doing tib raises and ankle circles. The Tib Solo is not designed for barefoot use and should always be used with shoes and with the foot grip angled away from you. 50 LB TESTED - The Tib Solo has been tested up to 50 lbs. Most isolation exercises will require much lighter weight as there is an instability factor which makes it significantly more challenging than the 2 footed Tib Blaster.
