100% Mourvèdre from bush vines cultivated in Swartland, South Africa some 30km from the ocean. Hand-harvested, 100% whole bunch spontaneously fermented for 9 days in open tanks, where it is then pressed and aged in three 500L French barrel. Unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal SO2 at bottling. 12.5%ABVV
