100% biodynamically cultivated Pinot Noir on loamy clay/limestone soils in a south facing vineyard outside Rosheim in the north of Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and macerate for 12 days prior to pressing. Spointaneous fermentation and aging in a combination of barrique and 2400L tuns. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
