100% Riesling biodynamically cultivated in the Fleckstein parcel outside Rosheim on 45 year-old vines planted in clay limestone soils with a southern exposure. One of the project's top wines. Grapes are hand-harvested and pre-fermentatively (cold soak) macerate for 30 hours prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 1 year thereafter in ovoid sandstone vat sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
