Gamay from Juliénas, the farthest northern cru in Beaujolais, cofermented with a touch of Chardonnay from the same site. Soils made up of sandstone, schist, and white clay. Cold carbonic maceration followed by 7-9 months in old oak and demi-muids. No SO2.
