New York Mets Citi Field Framed Print

The Citi Field stadium is home to the professional baseball team, the New York Mets. The stadium is located in New York City and has a seating capacity of around 42,000. It hosts Major League Baseball as well as soccer, hockey, lacrosse, and other entertainment events. Replacing the former Shea Stadium, the Citi Field officially opened in 2009 and hosted its first game in March of that same year. The first match was a college baseball game played between St. John's and Georgetown.  The stadium is known not only for the baseball field but also for numerous other entertainment zones such as the Robinson Rotunda and the Mets Hall of Fame and Museum.
