Advanced Tutu Course Level 3: Ribbon Candy Tutu

Course Description: Designed to look like traditional Christmas “Ribbon Candy,” this very-advanced tutu style takes excellent sewing technique to properly master. The special top layer is built on a highly-structured under-tutu with two hoop rows. Prerequisites: Any Level Two classical-style tutu, or email detailed pictures of your work and a note detailing your experience to Claudia@tutu.com to demonstrate proficiency.
