Advanced Tutu Course Level 3: Ribbon Candy Tutu, Top Layer Only

Course Description: Designed to look like traditional Christmas “Ribbon Candy,” this very-advanced style takes excellent sewing technique to properly master. This course teaches how to create a top layer only, which you will attach to either a separate “over-basque” and use over another tutu, OR to a full tutu once you get home. We provide all the instructions to take home with you for both options. Prerequisites: Any Level Two classical-style tutu, or email detailed pictures of your work and a note detailing your experience to Claudia@tutu.com to demonstrate proficiency.
