#1 Scalloped Herb Pot with Attached Saucer, Terra Rosa

Handthrown in Rockdale, Wisconsin by Peter. Fired to over 2000° Fahrenheit. Drainage hole into attached saucer allows for direct planting. Saucer is treated with an acrylic sealer to make it as waterproof as possible.   But terra cotta is porous, so be sure to put a cork pad or some other protection under it if place on a surface that could be marred by moisture. For indoor and outdoor use, but not frost proof; store inside during winter months. After planting and watering, the pot may develop a patina of age that will vary depending on your potting soil and fertilizer as well as the mineral content of your water.
