All sterling silver, Kingman spiderweb turquoise The bracelet is about 1 3/4" wide at the top and tapers to about 1/2" on the ends. The stone is about 26x22 mm The inside of the bracelet measures about 5 3/8" plus a 1 1/8" gap = 6 1/2" total wrist size. This one is adjustable. I can resize it up a little larger to about a 1 1/2" gap. So it would work on about a 6 1/2" - 6 7/8" wrist Handmade by Navajo artist, Tom Lewis, signed and marked sterling. Cuff Bracelet Sizing The wrist size is the measured by taking a cloth tape measure around the portion of your wrist where you want to wear the bracelet. The cuff bracelet size measurement is the TOTAL inner circumference of the bracelet. Total circumference refers to the total circular measurement: the end to end measurement (taken on the inside of the cuff bracelet) + the gap. That total measurement is the approximate size of wrist the bracelet will fit. For example, you will see measurements written like this, 5 1/2
