Owning the Expobar Brewtus IV-P The Expobar Brewtus IV-P, a step up from the standard Brewtus IV, is a large capacity dual-boiler espresso machine equipped with a vibration pump. The brew boiler temperature is monitored by a PID, which keeps temperature stable to the degree, and can be adjusted to accommodate various espresso roasts. Just like on the standard Brewtus IV, the dual-boiler system allows you to brew and steam at the same time and also helps with temperature stability. Expobar rounds out the design with their specially redesigned E61 group. Traditionally, an E61 constantly syphons hot water through the brew circuit to ensure temperature stability; Expobar also integrated a concave pre-infusion chamber into the Brewtus IV-P’s group to fully saturate the grounds prior to brewing for a more even extraction. A major upgrade from the standard Brewtus IV model, you can choose between using the Brewtus IV-P’s large 2.6 L reservoir, or plumbing the machine into a water line. We rec
