40% of both Muscat (Zirella) and Arneis (Peter's Creek) with 10% Sauvignon Blanc (Top Range) and Chardonnay (Magpie Springs). Handpicked and de-stemmed, natural ferment, a little sulphur to finish. And a whole lotta skin contact.  A dry orange wine With grapefruit, lemon zest and soft white peach aroma. Lemon and grapefruit pith taste with a white peach aftertaste. Citrus and stone fruit, some good texture and mouth feel. Great with Japanese food.
