Mantle clock made from a highly figured piece of hard maple. The clock stands on two shedua (an African timber) feet. The clock face is made from reclaimed copper. A patina has been applied to the copper, incorporating aspen leaves collected in the Methow Valley. The clock includes a battery powered (AA) mechanism accurate to +/- 2 minutes/year. The clock mechanism provider recommends Energizer or Duracell brand batteries only. Entire piece is about 10" tall x 6" wide.
