Silver maple desk clock

Mantle clock made from a piece of local reclaimed silver maple. The clock backing and base include a natural bark edge. The clock face is made from reclaimed copper. A patina has been applied to the copper, incorporating feathers found in the Methow Valley.  The clock includes a battery powered (AA) mechanism accurate to +/- 2 minutes/year. The clock mechanism provider recommends Energizer or Duracell brand batteries only. Entire piece is about 12" tall x 6" wide.
