Yellowstone Meats requires a 60% deposit on our beef or a $1,854 down payment  The final payment of circa $1,236 is collected right before your beef ships out and you will be contacted for final charges and shipping instructions.  Yellowstone Meat's  1/2 beef package ( Circa 240 lbs of Beef) will keep your family of four fed for about 12 months. You will need 6 to 8 cubic feet of freezer space for your 1/2 beef.   Each beef varies in size. The 1/2 beef includes: 25% lean steaks: rib steaks, t-bones, sirloins, tri-tip, top rounds, chuck steaks, flank/skirt steaks, & cube steaks 35% sautéing and roasting cuts: chuck/sirloin tip/arm/rump roasts, brisket, short ribs, soup bones & stew meat 40% lean ground beef  Prefer to order over the phone?
