Yellowstone Meats requires a 60% deposit on our beef or a $927 down payment  The final payment of circa $618 is collected right before your beef ships out. Yellowstone Meat's  1/4 beef package ( Circa 95 lbs of Beef) will keep your family of four fed for about 6 months. You will need 3 to 4 cubic feet of freezer space for your 1/4 beef.   Each beef varies in size.
