Weighing in at 27 grams, this is a medium weight spindle with a beautiful walnut featuring a contrasted wood grain. The highly tapered medium length shaft gives a small flicking surface for more rotational speed. In a test spin, we found that this goes spins long and stably, which is great for a variety of yarns, especially medium wools.
