Lineworking with Borosilicate Tubing

Instructor: Chris Williams This is an Intermediate course Prerequisite: Introduction to Flameworking Borosilicate or equivalent Learn how to work with lined borosilicate tubing to create and apply "wig wag" patterns in hollow pieces. The course will cover lined tubing color design theory, tubing prep, wig wag techniques, axis reversal techniques, and shaping hollow pieces, such as jars and disk pendants. The course will focus on techniques that are needed to be able to apply wig wag designs to any hollow pieces.
