Brewing instructionsBoiling water, high tea/water ratio, "Gong fu style". We recommend a small, ready warmed up Chaozhou teapot or porcelain Gaiwan: 50-100 ml and fill with tea leaves. Then brew short, 3-10 sec. according to desired strength. Increase steeping time by 5 sec increments. Can be brewed many steeps..just becomes better and better!
