
Introduction to Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch and Clean & Jerk)
Welcome to Olympic Weightlifting! Olympic Weightlifting refers to two lifts: - Snatch - Clean & Jerk These lifts are extremely rewarding to perform but are also technical and require good mobility. If you have never done them before or have a very basic understanding of them (perhaps from group fitness classes) this program is for you. This into course is taught across 4 private sessions. Session 1 - Learn the Snatch Session 2 - Learn the Clean Session 3 - Learn the Split Jerk Session 4 - Practice both Snatch and Clean & Jerk Each session is 55 minutes *Athletes that complete this course are eligible to attend our Olympic Weightlifting Workouts.
