Live Zoom Wednesdays at 7:00 AM | 60 minutesSeptember 17 – November 19(No class on November 5 or 12) Start your day with intention, ease, and a whole-body reset. This class is designed to gently release tension and awaken both body and mind. Each session begins with self myofascial release techniques to unravel tightness in the connective tissues, followed by breath-led movement to activate and energize your muscles with fluidity and grace. If your body feels stiff or heavy in the morning, this practice offers a grounded and nourishing way to ease into your day. This class is for you if you:– Wake up feeling rigid or tense– Want to move without pressure or push– Appreciate clear, gentle guidance– Prefer the comfort of practicing from home (camera on or off—your choice!)
