Dynamic Summer Flow Thursdays at 6 PM $25 Per Class June 20-August 29 No class on July 4, July 18, August 22 This fast-paced, challenging and light-hearted class is suitable for anyone who can bear weight on their hands and knees and move to and from the floor quickly and often. Modifications are always offered and encouraged. Please bring a yoga mat (mats are available if you forget yours or don't have one). All props needed for class will be provided but feel free to bring your own. Please read Terms and Conditions under "Book a Session" for details about our registration and attendance policy. The JoY of Yoga and Wellness studio is located at 345 South Washington Street in the heart of downtown Greencastle. The building is adjacent to Premier HVAC. The studio is tucked within FitterU, a personal training gym. Upon entering the gym, please keep to the right as you make your way back to The JoY's studio.
