Jasper Hill Farm Returns!  We’re so excited to be hosting Jasper Hill Farm once again in The Tasting Room! Back by popular demand, Zoe Brickley will be presenting five of Jasper Hill’s award winning cheeses, and The Local’s own Sarah Nagle will be pairing a wine with each cheese. For those of you who attended the first Jasper Hill event back in April, these wine pairings are brand new – a whole new experience. Zoe and Sarah will also be talking about the cheese making process & what makes for a good pairing. And like all of the tastings at The Local, this event will be fun, informative, and interactive. Zoe is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional & Sensory Evaluator (ACS CCP, CCSE), as well as a member of the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers. Sarah has worked in the wine industry for years, and if you’ve been to one of our free wine tastings, you know she’s passionate about connecting our customers with the perfect bottle.
